Pending expected Board of Directors’ approval on March 3, 2004, the trading hours for CPI futures will be amended as follows (only the closing time has changed, from 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.):

             Sundays:  5:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Central Time the following day
             Mondays through Thursdays:  5:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Central Time the following day

These changes are effective on Monday, March 8, 2004.
